Very fine establishment: they have the nicest selection of gold jewels around and the hard part was to make a choice! George and his team have all been really helpful and I will definitely return there if I want gold. Thanks!

Good price, but service could be better. For example, the owner had to complete some very ‘important’ paperwork not related to my order while I waited to pay. He also doesn’t budge much on his price, but that’s Ok I suppose since his prices are about $10/gram cheaper than other places, e.g. Al-Najaf down the streets.

I have to write this review with a lot of pain and sorrow because the shopkeeper tried to physicall torture me three times. The lady staff of her shop saves me 3 times. My fault was I told him you can't badly deal with a customer like that. He kept telling me to get out and get out.you can't tell me like that,i am your customer here and i can ask u anything for buy the best price.i have right to ask but you don't have right to bad behaviour. I came out of his shop with a lot of bad experiences and I will never go to his shop again in my life.

HORRIBLE experience! We paid for a custom necklace (paid in full before he did the necklace - this should have been the first red flag). We agreed on a font and style. When we came back a few days later the necklace was completely different font, style and size than what was agreed on. I was so dissatisfied and even horrified by this necklace. We agreed on cursive, but the necklace was in block letters... this is worlds apart from what we agreed on! We offered to PAY again to have it modified and the owner refused because he was offended. He clearly just did what was easiest instead of what was agreed on. If you want custom jewelry you should learn from my experience: 1. For custom jewelry most jewellers ask for a down payment and the rest is paid once the customer is satisfied... when someone asks you pay in full this is a red flag... it shows that they don’t guarantee customer satisfaction 2. Take a photo of what you agreed on. I did not take a photo because I trusted this jeweller but this was a huge mistake.

They have been mine and my family's go to jewellery place over the last few years until yesterday, when the owner (the older gentleman) just flipped out while I was dealing with his son (I am assuming). Absolutely rude in his demeanor, perhaps lives in an illusion of a different world where it's perfectly ok to shout at any other human being (leave alone a paying customer). The guy needs to learn some civil sense and thereafter learn a bit about customer service. Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away!!

We been going to him since 2000 ish. Lately he has an attitude problem as u can see from other reviews. 1st he sold us a eraing that's 1/2 broken when I went to get I exchange he accused me of using it witch I never did. He knew that when we bought it there was a green substance and he cleaned it. He probably had a used earing and dump it on me. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!! OWER NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE IF HE WANTS TO RUN A PROPER BUSINESS.

Today I went to pick up a gift for Mothers day. It was busy but they made sure I was served properly and helped me out with the selection. I have to say that I had a really good experience even with the amount of people, I was giving time to select and make my decision. I would 100% go back for further purchases.

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT! UTTERLY RUDE OWNER! Cannot stress this enough. I went to get some jewelry for a gift. The owner handed me 2 small boxes of jewelry collection for what I requested, for me to choose from. I was looking at them, trying to decide which to get, because I wanted it to be a perfect gift. I asked the prices for a few of them. Approximately 3 minutes later, while I’m checking, he closes the two boxes and says that I’m taking too much time to decide, and for me to leave and come back on another day, and completely ignored me from that point on. At the same time some other customers were entering the place and he shouted at them to go outside as it is too crowded. This is not how I’ve been treated in other jewelry stores (or any other store) where I have always been told to take my time to select the piece that I like. Some places even offer a soft drink (pre-covid) to feel relaxed. I don’t expect that, but even the basic level of human courtesy cannot be found here. Summary - If you know exactly what you’re getting or can decide within less than 3 minutes, are willing to pay for poor quality jewelry and still get insulted in the process, then this is the place to go to.
