Terrible servicio al cliente, hemos enviado más de tres emails para saber porque solo figura un nombre en nuestros tickets y no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta. Voy a tener que desplazarme en persona porque no son capaces de responder por un email que pasa! Primera y última vez, no recomiendo esta agencia en absoluto. Hacen perder el tiempo de sus clientes!
Terrible customer service, we have sent more than three emails to find out why there is only one name on our tickets and we have not received any response. I will have to move in person because they are not able to respond by an email that happens! First and last time, I do not recommend this agency at all. They waste their customers' time!

Je n'ai jamais vu ça... je suis allé la bas en juin dernier pour demander de l'information pour reserver un forfait de groupe pour notre mariage à Cuba et 4 mois plus tard l'agente (qui est aussi la propriétaire) ne nous a jamais rappelé malgré mes appels pour la relancer. Quel service médiocre!
I never saw that ... I went down last June to ask for information to book a group package for our wedding in Cuba and 4 months later the agent (who is also the owner) never reminded us despite my calls to relaunch. What a poor service!

PIRE SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE QUE J'AI REÇU! Ne perdez même pas votre temps pour communiquer ou acheter vos billets avec eux. Le propriétaire au nom de Léo fut arrogant et aucunement qualifier pour donner un service à la clientèle après vente. Bien sûr, après que le billet d'avion soit acheter et que la compagnie encaisse son $$$ leur vraie nature resurgit. Monsieur le propriétaire me dit clairement que ses clients ne viennent pas parce qu’ils sont sympathiques mais bien parce que leur prix est moins cher...je rappelle rapidement à monsieur qu'il a les mêmes prix que EXPEDIA donc qu'il revienne à la réalité rapidement. Je me suis fait raccrocher en plein face pour un service qu'ils ont offert 3x deux semaines auparavant en me disant qu'ils ne resservent pas des sièges pour des clients, chose qui a été faite avant le départ pour les billets en questions et ceux de 3 autres membre de notre famille il y a deux semaine...La première personne a qui j'ai parlé au début me dit qu'ils n'ont jamais offert ce service, mais j'ai bien vite compris que madame était juste paresseuse d'offrir un service après vente. Même chose pour le propriétaire arrogant et sans aucune classe. Donc petit conseil: N'allez pas perdre votre temps avec cette compagnie, les mêmes prix et même des meilleures offres se trouvent en ligne sur Expédia ou bien si vous fouillez un peu. Ne donnez pas votre argent à une compagnie que leur éthique de travail est irrespectueuse et arrogante. Nous avons fait affaire avec vous seulement pour encourager Mme Lorena, mais croyez que ce fut la dernière fois que nous faisions affaire avec vous et le message passera à notre entourage.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED! Don't even waste your time communicating or buying your tickets with them. The owner in Leo's name was arrogant and in no way qualified to give after-sales customer service. Of course, after the plane ticket is bought and the company collects its $$$ their true nature resurfaces. The owner clearly tells me that his customers do not come because they are friendly but because their price is cheaper ... I quickly remind the man that he has the same prices as EXPEDIA so that he comes back to reality quickly. I was hung up in the face for a service they offered 3x two weeks ago, telling me that they do not reserve seats for customers, something that was done before departure for the tickets in question and those from 3 other members of our family two weeks ago ... The first person I spoke to at the start said that they never offered this service, but I quickly understood that Madame was fair lazy to offer after sale service. Same thing for the arrogant and classless owner. So a word of advice: Don't waste your time with this company, the same prices and even better offers can be found online on Expedia or if you delve a little. Do not give your money to a company that their work ethic is disrespectful and arrogant. We did business with you only to encourage Ms. Lorena, but believe this was the last time we did business with you and the message will get through to those around us.

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE! Never deal with them unless you want to waste your time. Lorena, the owner, never returns her phone calls. If you are lucky, so will respond to you by e-mail. She does not take matter into hands. We ended up having to figure things out on our own. We booked flights with her. We also wanted to book a tour (trek). She got back to us so late concerning the tour that it was sold out for the dates we are going to be there. We ended up having to book another flight on our own, so of course we paid extra. So disappointed. Seems very nice when you go there to meet her- DO NOT BE FOOLED! She increased our stress level. We went there 3 months before our departure date. We are leaving in 3 weeks and are still trying to figure things out. Today she just told us: well it is not like you are leaving tomorrow. She has no empathy for her clients.
