Awful, only 2 employees and each with a client more than 1.40 hrs. Went back several times and both still with same clients. Something has to be done!!.

True excellence in customer service!!! This is the way a customer should be treated! From the initial phone call to inquire whether they had an IPhone XS Max 64GB in gold in stock…my contract renewal began smoothly. Upon arrival in the store I was greeted and ushered to a station where the employee that I just called an hour ago Milot joined me. I told him that I am here to purchase the XS Max and renew my contract he said no problem. He asked for my phone number and I told him there should be notes in my file. He said ok. He then took a few moments and read the notes then he proceeded to conduct the transaction. He confirmed all details and explained everything he was doing as he moved from step to step to step. He made no mistakes. He even mentioned a promotion to me about the Ipad (6th generation) and told me I should get it because my present one was no longer on contract and getting a new one is advantageous. I took him up on this offer. The store closes at 6pm but this employee even transferred my SIM to my new phone and installed the SIM for my new Ipad. He explained everything about my purchase, my new contract and my new devices. He was not in a rush. He took special care in making sure I understood everything. In the end I left this Telus store with my new XS Max, a new Ipad and an Ipad cover. It was a simply wonderful experience like no other. Milot restored my faith in true customer service and showed me that it indeed exists. I highly recommend this Telus store. Even if you must drive out of your neighborhood…do it! I did and it was well worth it indeed. Customers need to simply refuse to give their money to any store that treats them like they do not matter, patronize stores that value you as a customer. It is the only way that you can prove a point that your business as a customer matters!

Black Friday weekend and my daughters and I went shopping for a phone ... went to Best Buy and another Telus store .... the Rockland store and Antoni gave us outstanding service and guidance!!!! Well done Antoni and thank you !!!!

Don't waste you time going anywhere else. This is the store that you should visit for any needs that may arise. I was having issues with my phone and could not get it to function properly. I had visited a store closer to my residence last week for repair, to no avail.... I read the positive google reviews on this store and decided to make another attempt. Gino at the Rockland Centre went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. He took care of everything within a few minutes, legendary experience! Cheers,

Got a new phone plan at this location and the process was fast and easy! Instructions were clear and the plans were well described as well as my options. I guess I will have to see how the service actually holds up once I get my phone.
