Worst service ever. They were simply suppose to change the battery , I have received a broken watche without digital screen. I told them to fixe it and they told me that i can use it without digital screen !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place are thieves!!! The lady was trying to convince me that it's normal that they charge $70 for a replacement band on a G-Shock when the watch is worth $130. The reason said is because the shipping is expensive?!?!? What is being shipped a heavy piece of metal or a rubber band that weighs nothing?!?! The same originals G-Shock replacement band is sold online between $15 to $20 plus a shipping of $5 to 10. That is less then half then what these crooks want to charge. Shop around there is no way you should pay more for the same thing... CROOKS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So... I buy a Boss watch for 345 CAD. The I go check online for the manual and oh surprise I don't find that watch anywhere in earth, it just doesn't exist. I come to the store for a exchange and they tell me I have to choose something on 400 cad min! So I say f.. It, I chose another watch, a Fossil I could find it was genuine and another for my wife to end up paying 120 more. Is not about the money, is about honesty and client service. You're better of going to Labaie or any other reputable store to have no regrets and time waisted.
The girl that sold me the second batch of watches, very good, patient and understanding, is the management's fault. Side note

Went in for a battery change for a very expensive and valuable watch of mine. Employee there tried to convince me that it had to go for a $80 cleaning first. After a long conversation and reassurances that it was safe and routine, I accepted. They called me a few days later telling me that they did a whole movement change and that it was going to cost me $200!!!!!
I had very strong reservations about anything being done to the watch at all since it was so valuable to me and I expressed that to the employee. They promised to not do anything without calling me first to make sure I approved.
When I complained to management, I was called a liar and a thief, got hung up on and was disrespected in the worst manner.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
