★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allé à votre boutique pour acheter...pour au final ressortir apres 2 min car la jeune vendeuse était sur son téléphone ? et j'ai dû la déranger pour me faire servir . Ça ma enlever l'envie de m'acheter qqch cette journée là . Peut-être j'y retournerai !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle boutique et les vendeuses sont gentilles. Par contre, je connais très bien le concept de O'Bag car j'en ai achetés plusieurs en Europe. Ce que je trouve décevant de cette boutique est que vous ne montrer pas assez votre marchandise sur les tablettes, la plus part des choses sont cachés dans des tiroirs donc pour la cliente qui ne connait pas le concept, difficile de faire des choix quand elle ne voit pas toute ses options. Bien contente d'avoir cette boutique près de chez moi. Bon succès!
Nice shop and the salesgirls are nice. By cons, I know very well the concept of O'Bag because I bought several in Europe. What I find disappointing about this shop is that you do not show enough merchandise on the shelves, most things are hidden in drawers so for the customer who does not know the concept, difficult to make choices when she does not not see all his options. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an “Oh NO Bag” at the Canadian Rockland outlet. Wanted to switch the bag for another colour and they made us feel like we were scammers ! All the excuses not to change the bag! Really bad customers service. They haven’t figured out what a “customer experience” really means!
As a business consultant, I would venture to say this operation is not profitable !!
