I love l'occitane products, great for a gift or for yourself. I love the amande line with the body oil and lotions. The hand creams are very nice too. Today I picked up a lanavder candle which I'm excited to use at night.

I went with my sister shopping January 3 on a friday at 3h30. It was the first time i go shop at l'occitane since I heard they where good products.
I was so excited until we came inside the store and they where 2 girls working, one of them was on the computer typing and the other one was doing whatever she was doing but nobody even bothered themself looking at us to say hi at least!
We stayed for 15 min and still no one came to us.We had time to look at all the products and smell them and yet nobody of them 2 came to explain the products or helped us.i was looking for a cream for my face and honestly I was so decpointed that I just left .I worked for 15 years in customer service and by far that was the worst. I feel it's sad to work in a nice,inviting place like l'occitane but for a client I didn't feel invited at all. Worst customer service.
