The slowest kiosk I have ever seen in my life. I waited 30 mins to get a new plan with Rogers and ended up going with Telus.

To my surprise this Rogers was very helpful, the employee Stephen not only helped me solved my billing problem but also offered me the best customer service.

Went over because I had a phone issue. The manager, Pierre, says he's closing. But it's 5:55 pm and not 7 pm. He says they close at 6 pm. He couldn't care less.

i needed help with getting a new cell phone and met Venise. She treated me like a friend, did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied and also went above and beyond 5-Star customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to go there specifically and ask for Venise. Albert C.

A story to tell: my SO wanted to sign up, and the way they work is to phone tech support, and charge us $5. We waited 2 hours on hold. Here's they kicker: when it was all done, the salesman turned to me and said "what provider are you with?" .. Wow those are some big brass balls, buddy. You think we're going to stand here one minute longer?

NEVER BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM, THEY’RE NOT HONEST. I bought an Iphone pro max case 2 weeks ago, the case did’t fit well on the phone, i just asked them to replace it with a good one, they refused saying that the thickness of the cover changed. How come a thickness made of hard materials can change within 2 weeks , the case has no scratch and maintained properly. I regret i bought from them and will never deal with again

I am at the present time December 23rd 2021 @ 10:53 AM calling and calling and dialing. No one is picking up the telephone, I am quite certain that they must be busy nevertheless a little initiative by showing some Respect, Pick up the telephone advise the person on the other line that you are not capable of helping them at the present time and maybe ask for their telephone so you may call them back ?? OR IS THIS MAYBE TOO MUCH TO ASK!!! Calling all of Rogers Communications Highly placed managers, I strongly suggest that you give your sales staff a Severe Customer Service course because in the way The store at Rockland shopping center is acting I personally give it a Humongous ZERROOOOO. Apologies for this harsh review But this is a fact I am stating
