Update (December 2020): Following my original review, I was contacted by the Bell customer experience team which resulted in a new consultation. Apparently the store has got a new manager who carefully listened to me and investigated the complaints. It was no longer possible to resolve the issues perfectly but the new store manager and some other Bell Employee were understanding. They found the best solution they could which I was happy to accept. I thank them both and I believe this review should be updated. I will likely be patronizing this store branch for any Bell service I need. Original (October 2020): One of their employees ported and activated a line for me based on an offer I received from bell and brought to the store. The supposed plan discussed (received modified service agreement and all) was never activated and I’m now stuck with a more expensive plan. The employee has supposedly left the store and on of the other employees there now has told me they are helpless about it, telling me to call customer service/loyalty who refer me back to the helpless store to resolve it. Lesson learnt: they do not keep to their word. Don’t agree or purchase a product not activated immediately and don’t trust any guarantee from their store employees.

I got an excellent service at bell rockland from Karl , he was welcoming professional he assured me, solved my problem and made my day. This is how customer service should be like. Listens to my needs, offers solution & not pushy. Highly recommended to go in bell rockland and speak to Karl!!

Please change your sales representative whosoever they are its 3 February2022 , Thursday at 8Pm there were two guys in the store and they didn’t have any sense how handle customer. Impolite, Impatient whatsoever bad trait a person can have they showed me all maybe because of my dressing I came straight from my work I am a warehouse worker that doesn’t mean I am less important I am existing customer of bell still I am getting this service. Thankyou bell Canada see you on twitter.
