Staff didn't seem to be interested in helping me in any way, shape or form. He basically just wanted to get rid of me as fast as he can by giving me short answers and interrupting me when asking a question. Fido seriously needs to look into this, as shown by other reviews for this specific store at Rockland Mall or risk losing more and more customers due to incompetent and arrogant staff.

Very poor and unprofessional service. They don’t even listen to their customer complaints. Very unprofessional behaviour of their manager also.

Worst store of fido i have ever visited.The employees over there are so uneducated and mannerless that doesn’t know how to handle customers.I went to buy phones but they didn’t accept my phone order because i have learner’s license and which really doesn’t make any sense.Then from another store of fido i went and bought my iphone.They just gossip around there and keep you wait for 1 hour on line and start chatting inside with their friends.Manager or the owner of that store should look into this matter.Infact this store has so many negative reviews.

I've had an amazing experience at Fido Royal York. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help you. COVID experience is A+, felt safe throughout the entire time I spent at the store.

Rude and unprofessional. Apparently the quiet environment due to COVID-19 has given the clerk the wrong impression of customer disturbing his paid moment of solitude. Fido should be embarrassed for not having a training or monitoring system on its agents.

Excellent experience at this Fido store! I came in to pick up my phone after renewing my plan. Staff was very helpful to set up the new phone and answer any questions. I won't hesitate to return for support in the future. PS: Small note on several reviewers here: don't expect to walk into a store, banter/complain for a better plan, and expect to close a deal. They've got better things to do than deal with that. Call Fido customer care. They've got plenty more time to hear you out.

Horrible experience. I went in store to resolve an issue at the discretion of the customer service by phone. I accompanied my mom because I understand technology better and she is I'll, however they would not let her in the store with me. She walks with a cane and cannot stand for long so I asked if she could sit on the stool at the far end of the store and I was told no. After I begged, the store manager brought her the stool to the door. They then proceeded to tell me that the file which I took 1 hour to make with the customer service agent by phone, is not valid in store and that they would have to restart the whole process. Then they told me that I would not get the same price that I did for the initial plan I purchased online in the file. They required all our identification again, even though all of this had been done online previously. When my mom mentioned that she does not have a passport on hand, they refused to offer us service. Because of covid and due to the fact that my mother is a cancer patient currently, I don't often take her out of the house, and we only made the trip so she could get a new phone. They showed no empathy, or willingness to help with the issue. Horrendous experience.

Worst service ever BE careful, i added an extra line on they told me you are eligible for free accessories! in the end of month i see Extra charges for each month Attractive price, but very poor customer service policies when a problem arises. They apply the guidelines without judgment. They lost a customer.
