★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Pharmacy, sometimes the cleanliness is to be desired specially at the corners of the counters where I have seen dirt accumulated since a long time. The pharmacy staff is OK, some are hardly smiling, the others are very friendly like Lavdie, and Susanne. I was impresses to see that Lavdie was able to communicate with the clients in so many different languages. Keep up the good job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist Mario Zerbe was very rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend. He kept repeating "UNE SEMAINE!" cutting her off, not looking at her nor acknowledging her when trying to discuss a discrepancy on the two-week term for drops given by our doctor to treat an ear infection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply we had to wait for 15 minutes just to change something that was mistakenly given to us by them at the pharmacy and no one even apologized or anything, will never go there again.and i dont recommend it to anyone.

Tonight closing time is 9pm but they closed 8:45 leaving us costumers outside with doors closes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the pharmacy in this store. They kept my mother, a senior, waiting for her appointment with the nurse for 35 minutes. I complained to the manager who was quick to defend the pharmacy saying that they were backed up with covid vaccinations..my mother was not even there for this purpose. The nurse was late from her lunch and so arrogant that she could not be bothered to apologize, was speaking in a VERY condescending manner to my mother when my mother expressed her anger at the lateness. Preserve your dignity and avoid this obnoxious place. Would give "0" stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs. We use to be their best clients spending over 400$ per month there. We had to return an item and the bill was still under warranty they refused the item inventing an excuse. Avoid their staff their a bunch of hypocrites. Lost good customers today and by the way we went to another pharmaprix they accepted the return. Big losers. Avoid this store.
