Our waitress was very attentive and welcoming. We had their pisco sour and took advantge of their 2 for 1 happy hour offer. For appetizers we had the tiradito which had flavors of passion fruit and the crab causa that was glazed with huancayna sauce. I had the Lomo saltado which was made with a very tender meat and Oscar had the Arroz con Mariscos that had octopus, squid, shrimp and mussels. Both dishes were very well seasoned. Overall a great experience, the place is visually appealing and the food was delicious.

The restaurant is very nice. Decor is unique. I don't know if it is peruvian culture but definitely south american. Wall are well painted or decorated. Music is nice. Nice vibe. Food is great. We had the occasion to taste some peruvian food or meat like the alpagas or ceviche. Services are attentive. Reservation was easy and fast. Only concern was the services. Very slow. The restaurant was not full. Less than half of the restaurant was occupied. But we waited for quite some time before we got our meal.

Came back to this place after the first experience which we liked a lot. We ordered octopus, goat stew and Corvina as main courses. The octopus was ok, maybe too much sauce so it's soft and not like charcoal grilled taste. The goat stew was tender but way too salty although the rice and veggies tasted good. The Corvina was ok but still taste a bit fishy. Oysters are good for $1/each. The yuca fries, I've had better at the food court. The food is kinda pricy so we're very disappointed for the quality that came out!

Really excellent service, the food was really good! The drinks were strong! Overall really good experience, the server was alone and was doing his best to keep everyone happy and he did! I will go back for sure.

Great food with authentic flavour. Be prepared to pay big bucks. The staff was very friendly and joked with us a lot. Excellent place to celebrate a special occasion or get some truly authentic Peruvian.

As a general rule of thumb family businesses just do everything better and Mochica is no exception to this rule. The food, service, ambiance and cocktails really went above and beyond my expectations. When you pass the threshold of its doors you realize instantly the difference between merely being served and the genuine art of hospitality which you will find in droves at Mochica. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening looking forward to my next visit!

Will start with the positive: staff is very friendly and service is nice and welcoming, and the maracuya Pisco sour was also quite fun and tasty. The food however, was not. Tried their ramen, and it tasted like all seafood was just defrosted, and after asking, it turns out it is all just frozen. For a 22$ price tag for a single portion I would expect more, and from a restaurant in general I'd expect not too serve frozen shrimps and mussels. Maybe it's just the ramen, but unfortunately it was enough for me to leave half a bowl full.

Loved the Pisco with passion fruit. The tuna is delicious, great presentation. The Peruvian donuts were yummy. Great service ?
