★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a washer and dryer set off them and was given a 3 month guarantee. Two months later both the washer and the dryer were having issues. When I called the company they told me it was “suspicious” that both machines weren’t working properly as if accusing me of something. All I wanted was for them to come take a look at the issue and possibly repair them. The owner of the company ignored me for a few days until he finally answered and said he would send a technician but we would have to wait because they were backed up. I said I had no problem waiting. The technician was supposed to come today but never confirmed, and when we called him he said “Honestly I doubt my boss will let me fix them”. So not only have I purchased faulty machines, but I was made to wait a whole month for a technician only to be told they weren’t coming. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs!! Extremely unprofessional and disgusting service.
