★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold us a fridge with a cockroach nest in the motor. We asked for an exterminator and they kept saying "yes we will call you back!" And never did. Had to have the fridge professionally removed from our home to stop the spread and disposed of at our expense. I call Electromoderne every day to try to get a refund on the cost of the fridge at least and they ignore my calls or send me straight to voicemail which is full. What we thought was a great deal ended up costing us over $1,000 plus the stress of having roaches. I get that mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer whose lives you literally ruined for a $250 profit is just plain shameful.
