Impressive service, which is especially important in the second-hand market. The proprietor is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable; there is no pressure to buy, and I felt, instead, reassured when I made my purchase that I had gotten good value and had obtained the selection suitable for my particular needs (appliances for an elderly parent). I bought 4 appliances, and the day of delivery, had to cancel at last minute due to a medical emergency. The proprietor, making the delivery himself, was en route and about to arrive (very punctually). He was kind and understanding, and cancelled the delivery without complaint. The medical emergency led, unfortunately, to a cancellation of all moving plans, and the proprietor, with exceptional compassion, provided a complete refund, refusing all my offers to pay for the attempted delivery or any penalty fees. Such high quality personal attention to clients is as extraordinary as it is unusual. The store itself is clean and bright, and the appliances also very clean, with a good selection to choose from. There is a 6-month after-sales guarantee that covers both labour and parts -- which is longer and more comprehensive than what is found elsewhere. Although there is no parking lot, parking can easily be found in nearby side streets. I would recommend this store without hesitation, and would certainly look to purchase from them again in the future. Summary: Excellent courteous service, great value, highly recommended.

I bought a washing machine, but the spinning cycle was shaking noisily even when empty. The owner Idriss said it was normal / because of my floor. I demonstrated how my old previous one was not shaking, despite being very similar (old mechanical). I was disappointed that the owner didn't acknowledge that this unit had a problem and instead got upset and made me feel bad. He reimbursed me my deposit and took the defective unit back. From the start I stated I wanted to buy a different unit (that would be correctly balanced). When leaving, he accepted to sell me another unit but said he would refuse to deliver it. I understand how this is a loss for their business and that there was no ill intention on anyone's part, but he did no seem to not understand how, through not fault of my own, I'm also wasting my time shopping for a unit that should not be sold, being home for the delivery, having to prepare for the delivery for nothing, putting my old washing machine back into place, and now having to shop again for a different unit, at a different store since I'm being blacklisted. Moreover I feel I'm being lied to when told that the shaking is normal, even though he later said he would throw that unit out. ?‍♂️ It is the shop's responsibility to sell unit in acceptable condition and I wish they apologized (even though they are losing time and effort) instead of being upset and blacklisting me although I fulfilled all the obligations on my end. Not giving 1* because he was nice when I was buying. Edit #1: changed rating to 1*, as floor is heavily scratched ? Edit #2: Owner Idriss saw this review and called. He did not apologize for the scratched floor, instead he was upset I posted this review and said I was being dishonest. He said he was joking when he said they wouldn't deliver; I do not believe him one second.

I'm extremely satisfied with this company, they deserve the high ratings. We had a minor issue with the fridge we purchased and the support we recieved was fantastic, they went above and beyond to be sure it was solved, the owner is a very very honest guy and I highly appreciate it. I wish this company nothing but the success they deserve.

I bought a fridge and an oven, both of which were very clean and were delivered and installed for a great price. I ended up having issues with the oven and they let me exchange it for a different one. Dedicated service and the parts + repairs guarantee is very worthwhile as the owner is a skilled technician.
