 Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very good price too. Upon purchase we were confirmed the delivery date and everything went smoothly. The delivery men were courteous and thorough. I highly recommend them to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 4 used appliances to this store, because it was impeccably clean, knowledgable sales people... 1 month later my fridge was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at night... They will offer you a 1 year guarantee, I am writing a review today because as promised they did fix my fridge very quickly, to no cost, and I am particularly happy about the overall customer service, it is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No gloves, no mask when delivering all our new appliances, during Covid-19. The health & safety measures are mandatory for all.: mask & gloves even on July 2nd 2020.
No communication regarding us having to disinfect our appliances prior to arrival.
Happy to get the thousand of dollars for the purchase but insulting over the phone, calling me “chérie”, when I don’t know them....what? Really?
Zero professionalism
And on top of it creating frustration by not communicating at all to his delivery team any informations about old appliances.
Shame on you not able to offer basis customer service and adequate staff training during Covid-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, helpful and patient staff, Alex and Julien help me to solve a lot of problems. Due to the power supply I need to change my purchase from a set of washer/dryer to washer only, it was my fault but they still help me out. I have a very great experience buying from this company. If I have to pick, the only thing is the delivery time cannot be arranged as I expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for used appliances, particularly used fridges. The salesperson I spoke with (Julian) was very professional, informative, and most importantly, honest. The fridge I purchased is in immaculate condition and clean. They charged me half of what it would have cost to deliver a fridge from another business in my borough. Combine all that with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and you've got a clear winner. Thank-you RV Dupuis.
Update: The one year warranty on my used fridge was about to expire and they sent a technician out to my place at no charge and fixed the problem. This is a business that honors their warranty. Thank-you again RV Dupuis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best services I ever had. We had some issues with our washing machine and because of the delay to get the parts they offered to lend us a washing machine. They responded very fast, professionally and friendly all along the process.
Thank you again for understanding the importance of a washing machine when there is a newborn at home!
