My oven stopped heating up and it took 10 days from my first call to a functional oven, including one week waiting time to receive a part from Calgary to Montreal. I called Flash Repair, they answered right away, and gave me an appointment on the day and at the time I required. I received SMS and email confirmations as well as a reminder one day before the appointment. The technician, Julian, called me an hour before his arrival and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a prompt solution. The whole visit lasted about half an hour. He also gave a few tips on how to use the washer to avoid problems in the future. Julian was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Their customer service was second to none, their thorough information via emails and texts keeps you in the loop every step of an operation, and the technician that was sent was more than thorough in explaining what the problem was with my refrigerator and gave several options as to how to fix the solution. Plus, the follow-up to the original problem was also second to none. In this day and age when shoddy work and less than satisfactory answers and demeanor seems par for the course, Reparation Flash Repair it truly a breath of fresh air. It literally is a clinic as to how businesses should be run and how customers should be treated. I would recommend them highly to anyone!
