Par contre, ils n’avaient pas le style de frigo que je voulais à leur premier magasin et ils m’ont suggéré de me rendre à l’autre magasin qui se trouve à une dizaine de minutes seulement. J’étais super contente parce qu’il y avait exactement ce que je cherchais. Service efficace. Produits abordables. Tout fonctionne bien. Je recommande. I moved on February 1 and bought all my appliances there. However, they did not have the style of fridge I wanted at their first store and they suggested that I go to the other store which is only about ten minutes away. I was super happy because there was exactly what I was looking for. Efficient service. Affordable products. Everything works well. I recommend.

Emmenager peut souvent être coûteux et je suis très reconnaissante de leur service très agréable et de leur prix très abordables, ça m'a enlevé énormément de stress pour ce qui est de ma préparation au déménagement. De plus, au moindre problème, ils sont au service et vous envoient un technicien pour inspecter le tout et arranger le problème au plus vite!! De belles personnes très empathiques offrant énormément de compassion, j'en suis extrêmement reconnaissante et je magasine désormais mes appareils que de chez eux, que ce soit au magasin à Laval ou au magasin à Montréal. Énormément satisfaite en général, merci à toute l'équipe!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances! Moving in can often be expensive and I am very grateful for their great service and very affordable prices, it took a lot of the stress out of me when it comes to preparing for the move. In addition, at the slightest problem, they are at the service and send you a technician to inspect everything and fix the problem as soon as possible!! Very empathetic beautiful people offering a lot of compassion, I am extremely grateful and I now shop my devices only from home, whether at the store in Laval or the store in Montreal. Hugely satisfied in general, thank you to the whole team!!!!

They offer you 6 month guarantee as well. So far, I bought fridge, stove and washing machine. Everything is in excellent shape. I had just small problem with the oven, but technicians came three times and they solved it by putting missing part. Everything works just great. I recommended the place to some of my friends. I saved lots of money by shopping there.

I got great prices, knowledgeable honest service (he pointed me to a cheaper item which I appreciated instead of trying to up sell me). They appliances arrived fast, super clean, and in great working order. There was one glitch with the stoves’ digital panel that I noticed a day or two later, (one of 4 appliances I bought) and they immediately replaced the part within a few days and it’s now working perfectly. It would have been sooner, but the office administrator actually had to keep calling me to set-up times. Poor lady had to run after me, but was so patient and kind. All in all, highly recommend!
