★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a 2 semaines, j'ai appelé le 311 pour savoir quelle est la largeur maximale d'une entrée charretière pour une maison unifamiliale. La personne m'a dit de m'inscrire sur le site de la ville de Laval. J'ai fait une requête. On m'a transmis les couts pour modifier le trottoir mais on ne m'A pas répondu à ma question. J'ai rappelé le 311 qui a fait aussi une requête et je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelle. Ma rue est en train d'être refait et je trouverais dommage de devoir faire modifier un trottoir neuf à cause des délais de la ville. Pourquoi est-ce si long à recevoir un service à Laval ?
2 weeks ago, I called 311 to find out what is the maximum width of a driveway for a single family house. The person told me to register on the city of Laval website. I made a request. I was given the costs to modify the sidewalk but my question was not answered. I called 311 who also made a request and I still have no news. My street is being redone and I would find it a shame to have to modify a new sidewalk because of the delays in the city. Why does it take so long to receive service in Laval?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed lately. Got a parking ticket in front of my own property for parking in a legit spot, they can't read their own signs properly. They also offer subventions for electric bikes, which I bought 2, and they refused my request. Big joke.
