Du début à la fin, le fonctionnement et la performance de la plate-forme ont été hors pair ! Nous avons choisi d'inclure le module multi-fermetures. Nous avons rencontré aucun problème de vitesse. Nos participants ont adoré la plate-forme puisqu'elle était facile à comprendre et à utiliser. Ils ont également bien aimé consulter fréquemment le tableau des meneurs. Les SMS transmis ont été fort appréciés. Lawrence Brossard et Stéphanie Lacelle sont tellement gentils et disponibles pour nous accompagner tout au long du processus. For a second year in a row, we worked in close collaboration with the great Signature Pro team. This year, we presented 600 lots! From start to finish, the operation and performance of the platform was second to none! We have chosen to include the multi-closure module. We encountered no speed issues. Our participants loved the platform because it was easy to understand and use. They also liked to consult the leader board frequently. The SMS sent were greatly appreciated. Lawrence Brossard and Stéphanie Lacelle are so kind and available to accompany us throughout the process. It's not for nothing that there is the word Pro in the name of the company! Le service à la clientèle est parfait : que ce soit dans la rapidité des retours, la formation pour utiliser leur plateforme, la personnalisation du site, la mise en ligne automatique, les fonctionnalités de textos pour aviser les participants que leur mise a été battue...tout est bien pensé. Et tout est FACILE! J'ai aussi particulièrement aimé le fait que je puisse être autonome dans la gestion de mon encan et ne pas dépendre d'un tiers pour ajuster les textes, les photos, ou même les mises de départ. The customer service is perfect: whether it is in the speed of returns, the training to use their platform, the personalization of the site, the automatic upload, the texting features to notify participants that their stake has been beaten. ..everything is well thought out. And everything is EASY! I also particularly liked the fact that I could be autonomous in the management of my auction and not depend on a third party to adjust the texts, photos, or even the starting bids. Even let me purchase a pen i saw in a showcase at their office. Very nice people and would contact them to do my purchases for signed merchandise. Thanks for an amazing service and I will definetly be looking out for the future cellphone auctions. ;)
