F	Fabian Cordero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars is not enough. Baught 3 items with them. Got speakers recently but they did not work because a missing remote. Really friendly and understanding people, we were capable of finding a solution to the problem. Would recommend to anyone.
T	Ture Gustafson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ love this place. the owners are nice people, staff are all friendly and easy to deal with. I always get a good reception from the staff at the front desk. I'm always amazed by the variety and quality of the items. they put up over 1200 lots per week. their live auctions are always fun, and they bring tents, a PA system, projector, tons of chairs. I don't know what Troll McTroll's problem is, but he seems like a well adjusted fellow doesn't he. what with the personal attacks on the staff. I for one love that the staff can be themselves, awesome green hair included. Maybe he doesn't understand how auctions work. it is the buyer's responsibility to go and verify the condition of anything they are interested in. they are local after all, and the consignors bring in mostly used/vintage/antique items. I have bought dozens of items from there, and never had an issue, and I have been happily selling there for years.
K	Kraken 2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service with them was absolutely terrible! They never sent me any tracking details when I asked it took forever for a response. My packages were delivered to the wrong address! I checked to make sure it was not my error in typing. They very clearly were just careless.

It never ceases to amaze me how many buyers they have. Both in the volume of bids my items get, and in seeing how many people are picking up when I’m dropping off. As a buyer, you have to be aware of your prices. But every so often, you can get a good deal if you’re looking to buy & flip something. Or, if you’re interested in buying a good item to keep for yourself, be ready to pay up, They have some serious bidders, who have deep pockets for a good item.
S	Samantha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packages were delivered with missing product.. they answer by offering a credit for the next auction... why would I purchase from this auction again if my products don’t show up and the ones that do show up are damaged. Absolutely careless with packaging and shipping products!
S	Steve S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Had multiple missing items from my lot. I phoned and emailed them about it to which they would not return my call or my email. I never once accused them. I was just inquiring as to what happened. I sent an email stating that I felt mistreated by them not responding. Finally they responded saying "We did not respond because we are too busy." Instead of taking the time to figure out what happened to my items, they offered me a $48.00 credit to shut me up. At first I accepted the credit on one condition that they do not use CANPAR as a delivery service because I strongly believed that someone at CANPAR was responsible. The reason I thought this was because my street name is the only street name in the entire province! For them to send it to the wrong address three separate times is a little fishy to me. When I mentioned that I felt CANPAR was responsible they accused me of accusing them (to which I did not) and that I should give them details on "What really happened." I strongly believe that ENCANS QUEBEC AUCTIONS treated me badly because I am not french. Well it was a lesson that I had to pay for to learn from! Never again will I bid on anything this unprofessional company has to offer.

There are occasional great finds plus a lot of stuff which should have been donated to the church or recycled. The only thing is there aren't any deals on this site. The number of viewers and way the auction server works pretty much guarantees you'll pay at least market price, plus tax + 15% service.
