★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the good fortune of working with a company like Heneault & Gosselin with the added bonus of having one of their best managing my project , Mr Hugh Shepherd.
Mr Shepherd and his team were very knowlagable , proffesional , always on time with the added bonus of great people skills which in this type of projects are very reassuring since we have many questions that need answered and explained.
Our 100 year old Duplex now has a solid footing for the next century and a 8' finished basment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW WOW WOW! I have dealt with many contractors in my life, and Sebastien Duval from Heneault Gosselin is the cream of the crop, a diamond in the rough!
His knowledge, affiliate contacts, and patience is extensive. He answered all of my questions, gave me every option in quotes so I could make the best decision for my biggest asset, and when I needed other work done, he had the contacts who deliver at the same level as him. you are as valuable as who you associate, and he has the best since he is the best!
He is always reachable and on time. When he prices you, it is complete and easy to understand, if you want to price out options, he does everything to make you happy and informed. Promises made, promises kept, which is rare in the construction industry, but you will find it with Sebastien.
It is without any hesitation that I recommend him to anyone in need of help i stabilizing their home, or adding a basement, garage, anything in need of a solid foundation. Once he helps solidify, nothing will ever move, that is his guaranty, and I believe him 100%!!!

From the first phone call to the last stroke of the broom to clean up after the work was finished, we really have nothing but positive things to say about the entire group of Hénault et Gosselin. Our project manager Claudio Mendoza was a real star, not only did he help us with the work we had to perform on our residence, he also saved us several times when looking for other properties to purchase. Is knowledge of buildings and construction is impressive.
Héneault et Gosselin also offer expert advice and inspections of properties before you make the final choice of purchasing. Claudio always answers our calls and really helped us in making the right choice on a few projects. In addition, when selling a property where work has been done on a foundation from Héneault et Gosselin, you can rest assured that no buyer will ever doubt the quality of work that's been done.
Having been in the construction industry for over 20 years, I definitely recommend Héneault et Gosselin for any type of work that needs to be performed on foundations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to create an open concept on our main floor, so we needed to replace the retaining wall and columns by a beam that ran the length of the house. Hugh Sheppard, from HG, consulted with us, found the perfect solution and had detailed plans for us to review. His crew executed perfectly and professionally. Hugh was on site the first day to make sure the crew understood what needed to be done and gladly answered all our questions so we could understand the process. It's a bit unnerving to watch as they prop up your home, but we could tell the team was meticulous in getting it done right. A huge THANK YOU to Hugh Sheppard and the crew for a beautiful job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replacing a foundation is never something we wish for, but our 6-unit condo building needed it done because of rotting headers & joists due to an error made years ago when a concrete cap was placed on top of a 100-year old stone foundation.
After we evaluated options, Henault et Gosselin presented a competitive & professional proposal, & we made the right choice in going with them. From initial planning, scheduling, set-up, execution, completion, and post-project follow-up work, the team was professional, courteous, efficient, on-time, & responsive... many thanks to project manager Sebastien, and foreman Claude. They were also agile enough to quickly change the scope of the work when it was apparent that was needed.
They have the experience & the equipment to do the job right, and as much as we would have preferred never to have needed them, we are happy with the outcome. Should be good for another 100+ years!
