C'était exactement ce qu'il pensait et mon lave-vaisselle est réparé grâce aux bons conseils de Carl. 5 étoiles pour l'honnêteté, rapidité, efficacité et professionnalisme !
 Carl responded very quickly to my phone message and after sending him pictures of the problem with my dishwasher, he called me back and explained all the steps to try to fix the problem myself. It was exactly what he thought and my dishwasher is fixed thanks to Carl's good advice. 5 stars for honesty, speed, efficiency and professionalism!

We asked Mr. Charron to fix our dryer. It was spinning, but it was not heating. We called and he showed up the next day to diagnose the problem. After several minutes looking at the dryer, he told us that the timer was broken and he would order a new part and have it the next day. We told him that would not be necessary. We knew that if it was actually a timer issue we could fix it ourselves. We paid him for his time. The next week we asked a different repair person to look at the dryer. The other repair person determined that a wire had simply fallen off the connection of the heating element. It's an extremely rare occurrence but it can happen. It was not the timer, the timer was in working order.
