C'est sûr qu'il faut s'attendre à attendre un peu car le propriétaire semble seul et prend le temps qu'il faut avec ses clients donc si d'autre clients sont présent il faudra attendre un peu. On voit quand même que Jacques cherche à servir tout le monde du mieux qu'il peut sans couper sur le service offert. J'ai eu besoin de conseils de sa part pour les étapes de finitions à l'huile d'abrasin et pour éviter de faire trop attendre les autres clients, il m'a demandé de lui envoyer un courriel. Je m'attendais à une réponse dans les prochains jours, mais je l'ai eu la journée même! Jacques est vraiment amical, passionné et offre de bons produits et conseils. Je recommande à tous! Connaisseur ou non, c'est une place qui en vaut le détour pour les amateur de bois ! Excellent service! Obviously you should expect to wait a bit because the owner seems alone and takes the time it takes with his customers so if other customers are present you will have to wait a little. We can still see that Jacques is trying to serve everyone as best he can without cutting back on the service offered. I needed advice from him for the finishing stages with tung oil and to avoid making the other customers wait too long, he asked me to send him an email. I expected an answer in the next few days, but I got it the same day! Jacques is really friendly, passionate and offers good products and advice. I recommend to everyone! Geek or not, this is a place worth visiting for wood lovers!

I had a plethora of questions and the owner answered each and everyone of them eloquently. My only regret is not having come in sooner, as woodworking beginner I would have saved myself a hep of trouble and money if I knew what I learned today, six months ago.

The amount of wood species is incredible but the main reason for going there is Jacques, the knowledge he is willing to share just for the love of it is priceless.
