★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very lousy service. We bought all the house appliances last year. All defective 3 out of 5 appliances. Many calls and e-mails to solve problems. Now awaiting fort parts and don't know when i will get them. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

They don't claim to know it all and it's basically up to the customer to do the homework on what they are looking for. The prices are very fair on most merchandise. I thought it was very straightforward and hopefully, all will go well with delivery.

Delivery is months behind and there was no apparent effort to reach out to us. The post-sale service has been disappointing so far - long waiting times and then the attendant often cannot even tell you the status of the order.
