Attention! Attention!
Très rare j'évalue une entreprise surtout quand je trouve que le service est mauvais. Il y a un vieux dicton qui dit : **si vous êtes satisfait dit le à vos amis et si vous n' êtes pas satisfait dit le à nous** Il y a 2 semaines que j'ai acheté une baignoire et une douche avec Johanne Courville c'est une vendeuse et non une conseillère. Très gentille avant la vente, patiente après la vente, elle devient comme un animal non dressé. Elle m' a dit que la douche avait un rabais elle ne l'a pas appliqué. la baignoire modèle de plancher , elle devrait la nettoyer avant le ramassage , elle ne l'a pas fait et la baignoire est "MAGANÉ" je l'ai appelé pour lui faire part, elle m' a dit c'est trop tard et m' a raccroché au nez.

Very rare I evaluate a company especially when I find that the service is bad. There is an old saying that goes: ** if you are satisfied tell your friends and if you are not satisfied tell us ** 2 weeks ago I bought a bathtub and a shower with Johanne Courville is a saleswoman and not an advisor. Very kind before the sale, patient after the sale, she becomes like an untrained animal. She told me the shower had a discount she didn't apply it. the floor model tub, she should clean it before pickup, she didn't and the tub is "MAGANÉ" I called her to let her know she told me it's too late and m 'hung up on me.

Very nice store, luxurious! We were looking for an older Moen product that they don't have in stock. The consultant took the time to find us and show us some comparable Moen products available to order. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not one to write reviews but we really never leave this place happy. I showed up and they were only letting people in by appointment. Which is completely understandable because of COVID. I got in my car and called them because they would not speak to me at the store. I tried to ask if they were available to take me in right away and she said no, someone is coming in 15 minutes so I will not be able to be served. I asked her if there is an open spot for today so I can come back and she responded with “Well what are you looking for exactly?”. When I told her it was for a shower hose she then told me they have none in stock. She didn’t even offer to order one or to schedule an appointment for me. My husband and I have spent over $5000 at this place. We will never come back nor will we recommend this place to our friends and family. The service is terrible and the staff have an attitude I deeply regret doing business with them in the past and I am happy that I went elsewhere for the shower hose. Never again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am revising my review and upgrading to 4 stars. My bad experience was with sales and that has not changed, so this is why I am upgrading to 4 stars and not 5.
I had a problem with the faucet after it was installed. The after sales support from Plomberium was excellent. Angela Rodolphe was assigned to the case and she provided fantastic support. I would rate her 5 stars. She got in contact with the faucet manufacturer who sent a technician to assess the problem and they replaced the faucet, including free installation. So, I am happy with the product and happy with Angela's help throughout the process

Find another plumbing supply store. Staff is generally unfriendly, seemingly uninterested in taking the time to help you choose what you need. This is not a one-time observation. Two different sales representatives on two different days had similar attitudes; they seemed rushed even if the store was not busy. And I experienced the same at another store a few years back when I bought there for a kitchen upgrade.
I purchased a faucet that was posted for cheaper on their website. I only realized that when I got home. I called the store immediately. No one could help. They were supposed to call me back. No one did. Now, the website has the same price I paid so forget making the case that I was overcharged.
Sales person told me the faucet was guaranteed for life. The manufacturer's site states that plastic parts are guaranteed for 5 years. Salesperson told me I could return the item for refund if for whatever reason (before installation), there was an incompatibility with my sink/counter. The bill makes it clear there are re-stocking fees and exchange fees. Bad overall experience, made the mistake of buying at Plomberium twice. Won't make the same mistake again.
