★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable with their deliveries. Ordered back in June and even though stuff was all in stock I am still missing things 2 months after the day chosen for delivery. Extremely difficult to reach by phone. Would not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've started to reno my bathroom and came across Bain Depot. I liked the selection and the prices. The customer service is pretty good too, which is what I look for. I bought the Ariel floating vanity, shipping was quick. 5 days from Quebec to Calgary. Assembly wasn't that hard to out it together. The basin top was good quality and the high gloss cabinet is good quality, it has the soft close doors so I really like it. I had a reno company install this. The only downfall is the shipping charges, I wish it was a bit cheaper or free over certain dollar spent. The product is pretty expensive, it would have been nice to not have to pay the shipping. Overall I am really happy with my purchase. I would recommend them.

Bought my bath and glass door from there , we received the bath and no glass door... no one ever told us it’s in back order ... we started renovations... the least you can do is let us know about it !!!! Now they told us we should receive it in may ... now what I have to call back the renovation guys to come and install my glass when everyone is super busy!!! Ridiculous people ! Never gave us a credit all they said was well if you want to cancel the doors you can . Disgusting service never again

Placed an order back in Feb.. at time of purchase bathtub and glass door were " apparently " in stock 1 and a half months later Bathtub gets delivered,( 50$ ) delivery no glass. I called them and she says ahh well its on backorder until mid may. Call the store and tell them no way i would have ordered it if it was backordered. Which they never told me it was BO. Our sales rep says i understand. Obviously you understand what else r u going to say . Then she says ahh i have one in anjou but you have to go get it. So i paid the delivery for what? To receieve a bathtub but no glass that will arrive in a month.. zero customer service skills i even asked to speak with a manager Her answer was umm ah hes outside. Neverrr again will i or anyone i know buy something from this incompetent store adm employee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 vanities and a shower as well as all the accessories and I'm extremely pleased. The service was excellent. Garry is the best at taking care of customers.
I highly recommend Garry to anyone who wants exceptional service and help with choosing baths showers and vanities.
I read some of the reviews here and all I can say is that some people today feel very entitled and not understanding at all. Many products everywhere, not just bath accessories are back order and if you don't want to wait, you just have to pick something else, or be a little understanding to the situation at hand and show some patience.
