They were unresponsive and unprofessional and it took them the third summer after calling them off the chain to respond and give me a quote which at that time from 1 or 2 posts that needed repairs over time I needed to replace 5 posts. The quote was almost what it cost to put in the fence new for the section that needed repairs. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NEW INSTALLATION AND THEN FORGET ABOUT YOU.

Despite my order being in the peak of pandemic where everyone had material shortage, they were always able to provide realistic timelines on when they would complete the project. They are very responsive as well unlike other businesses I've dealt with which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
