★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wowwow! What an amazing customer service. I bought my kitchen set a few years ago and one chair broke. They came and replaced the chair for me... this company offers amazing service!! I recommend everyone to buy from them. It’s worth the money good quality products and beautiful design. Beautiful repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write these reviews but after 34 days without a fridge I'm at my breaking point. I've contacted customer service 4 times and got a different response every time. The last person seemed annoyed that I was calling because 'these things take time'. Try living through no fridge for Christmas, New Years, or a pandemic where grocery stores are closed on Sunday. Needless to say that my next purchase will be with a retail partner that cares about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I was sold a $1,400 king size bed frame as standard size on which no standard king size mattress fits. The 4 inch gap between the bed frame and mattress (see pictures) is a major liability as I get in and out of the bed. I trusted the sales lady and ended up being lied to. Overall I found the sales people to be aggressive and with minimal integrity. Senior manager of the store was no different to his staff. Once you part ways with your money you have no chance to change your mind (even if it’s the next day and you hadn’t received the item). Quality is substandard and does NOT reflect the money paid. I would highly recommend to stay far far away from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot beleive receiving my drawer for second time:BROKEN!! It took 1 year to receive the second one but it is still BROKEN! They assembled it before.If my husband was not looking inside we would never knew it is broken.I spent 19000$ on JCP.But honestly does not worth it.At ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through a fire and lost our stuff, we had visited West Elm, Maison Corbeil, Zone etc … in the end it’s Mr. Serge Vaillancourt who gave us great advice and made us order a Canadel set. Serge was professional and extremely helpful with rebates and helpful tips. I recommend him and his kindness and professionalism. He made the difference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Stéphane Gagnon at JC Perreault so I gave it a try. I must say that I was really impressed with his services and surprised at the same time after reading negative comments about their customer service because he exceeded my expectations compared to other stores.
I bought average priced items and he always remained helpful and professional all the time. There wasn't once that he looked down on me because I didn't buy expensive products as others have mentioned. He took the time to verify the measurements, making sure the appliances would fit in the designated places as I'm not savvy with all of this and he answered all of my questions patiently regarding the pricing, and information about the installation.
It was a very pleasant experience and the transaction went smoothly. I would strongly recommend you Stéphane Gagnon and hopefully you'll enjoy shopping there as much as I did.
