J'avais mentionné ma crainte vis-à-vis les mauvais commentaires et reviens sur le service et la livraison, en disant que je ne voulais vraiment pas que la même chose nous arrive. La livraison a été impeccable et faite dans les réglés de l'art 2 jours après. J'avais pris en photo le numéro de série de la cuisinière en question pour être sûre que celle que j'avais achetée en magasin était bien celle qui m'a été livrée et c'était bien le cas! Sérieusement, ça vaut vraiment la peine et je me suis sauvée bien des sous!!! Justement, les gens écrivent souvent quand c'est négatif, et pas souvent quand c'est positif. Moi je dis que c'était très très bien!!
 Very good service !!! I had been advised by Alexandre who was very kind and courteous! I had mentioned my fear of bad reviews and come back to the service and delivery, saying that I really didn't want the same to happen to us. The delivery was impeccable and made within the rules of the art 2 days later. I took a picture of the serial number of the stove in question to be sure that the one I bought in the store was the one that was delivered to me and it was! Seriously, it's totally worth it and I saved a lot of money !!! In fact, people often write when it's negative, and not often when it's positive. I say it was very very good !!

J'achète une laveuse avec deux petit acros sur les côté au final c'est la cuve qui à des problèmes. Elle ne fonctionne toujours pas après une après midi de congé a attendre un technicien qui n'est jamais venu. J'espère obtenir remboursement afin de pouvoir changer de commerçant ?
Completely rude after-sales service, rude salesperson, at the service counter difficult to obtain satisfaction. I buy a washer with two small acros on the side in the end it is the tub that has problems. It still does not work after an afternoon off waiting for a technician who has never come. I hope to get a refund so that I can change merchant ?

Completely, waste of my time! 90% of the deals advertised in their website either sold already ( they said it goes extremely fast) or in Longueuil (very doubtful since friend of mine came there and they said it's not there but in Laval). The rest of appliances either damaged or with scratches. Judge yourself, how 36" Jen-Air fridge can cost $2.5K if all other retailers selling it for $6.5K. I wouldn't recommend to buy major appliances in that store. Well, you get what you pay for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a variety of new appliances, with small imperfections, and this place offers a markdown on the market price. Delivery is pretty cheap, 20$ for a wine cooler, I don't know if it's more for bigger items, but that's still pretty cheap compared to elsewhere. No pressure tactics, no trying to force an extended warranty, will definitely come back here.

It’s a small investment for the basement and the Rona Uberhaus model we had prior lasted 8 years before it had an electrical “fire” issue. Luckily our house didn’t burn down like a retail report from 2016 on Google mentioned caused $4.3M in damages across Canada.
You had to call since response on Kijiji is slow and website needs a remake from a user experience perspective. Call gets rerouted to Longueuil branch so visit their website for right information.
One employee on a Saturday afternoon so was in/out self serve kind of purchase. Manual invoices in 2020 also seems somewhat chaotic since larger items (serial number) should be registered in a CRM for eventual recall (see above).
Long story short - happy to find something at a good price however would think twice before buying pricier items there due to feedback on Google and quality of items (most dents are on front doors so it will be in your face for years).
Happy I supported a local business.
