A	Adam C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond horrible company. They sent me the wrong fridge. It came super dirty. Broken drawers and now they dont answer the phone to regulate the problem.
M	Mat C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this place!!! They had to change our dryer 2 times and our washer one time because what they sold us simply did not work! They clearly don't even test what they sell, then try to find any reason to put the fault on you.
M	Mika. Hard. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers and thieves. They take your money, never deliver the goods or try to give you other goods. Even after sending a formal notice, no answer from them. Going to court to get my money back. Don't buy from those scammers, don't waste your time or money.

The owner gave me his cell phone number to help me with a glass top stove that had a crack underneath the glass that I was told I had a 1 year warranty for, but ignored my calls for months and months on end and continually yelled at me on the phone for no reason. There was excuse after excuse made up about why I shouldn't get a new stove (apparently the crack was not something fixable) - "it was my fault the glass was cracked" (I'm not sure how anything I could have done would have cracked underneath the glass), "they dont cover glass top stove warranties for a year" (when i bought it, I was told I had a year warranty on it), "it's been a year now" (i had been calling the owner for 6 months and he kept ignoring my calls on and off and then getting mad at me for calling so many times). Basically, they just lie about giving buyers warranty on their items, you buy it and when it breaks (which it seems like from other reviews, happens all the time), they do not help actually fix or replace their broken appliances. The owner of this store is the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life who has given me 6+ months of stress, a broken stove, and wasted countless hours of my time.

Washer and dryer are running great but the fridge broke down about 2 months later. Called them and the technician came super quickly. Fridge was fixed within 24 hours. Will definately recommend them!
E	E J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than a year ago, I wanted to give a local shop the benefit of the doubt. Honestly, I strongly suggest you go someplace else for second-hand appliances. I bought a used fridge and a mattress. On the delivery day, the drivers forgot the mattress and had to come back hours later (shifting my whole work day at the time). The refrigerator I bought was working smoothly. Around February 2020, the motor had started making constant noise and when you close it, it would sound like a big buzz motor sound (albeit not always). Almost like something is dropping in the tubes over night. I have called this place over 2 dozen times in the past two months to get this fridge inspected. Their customer service is rude, and almost suspicious of clients, suggested that I didn't buy from them on the first call??? The THIRD time actually getting through, having the person take down my info and say "a mechanic will come in a week or so", a mechanic came today. The mechanic is very friendly, and checked the fridge, and was polite even though this shop SCRIBBLED over the date of transaction making this almost void. It's a good thing I paid debit to contest the transaction date for the 1 year warranty. Mechanic comes, listens, and says it isn't an issue even though this motor buzz was not happening months ago. Suggests I take a video in the middle of the night. Sure, fine. If I can do that. This has been a terrible time. I genuinely wanted to give this local shop a shot, and it has been nothing but painful. Save yourself the headaches and go someplace else.
M	Mel Lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl at the cash is a sweetheart.. .. other than that, I was not only uncomfortable by the amount of scrap piled up everywhere.. I didn't appreciate going all the way there (after asking about specific appliances that were advertised on fb on messenger first) only to have the salesman try selling me random appliances because he clearly didn't have the ones advertised. Free shipping is only free in the immediate area, which isn't mentioned anywhere until you get there. Very disappointing.
