if can vote for negative i will. The worst service company I have seen. He comes to repair the gas heating, it does not even work, he charges a large amount and leave. Let the machine do not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle déficient. Dans 2 situations, RDV planifiés mais personne ne s'est présenté. Peu de souci de la satisfaction des clients. Coûts exagérés pour faire la JOB. Beaucoup de déplacements inutiles facturés à plein prix. Beau discours mais peu d'efficacité. Malgré tout, le travail a été fait, par un technicien professionnel.
Poor customer service. In 2 situations, appointments planned but no one showed up. Little concern for customer satisfaction. Exaggerated costs to do the JOB. Lots of unnecessary trips charged at full price. Nice speech but little efficiency. Despite everything, the job was done, by a professional technician.
