The staff are courteous and professional, whether from the welcome desk to service and parts. Services when you can actually get an appointment are good but it's beyond me that I had to wait a month and a half for an appointment for a burned light (surprised they didn't notice when I went for my oil change) a flashing tarmac light and I had to do follow up for a part which was causing oil to leak they had to order to do a reparation and call me back for an appointment. with a 3 year old in the car. I find my bill to be rather high, I expect better. When calling it takes forever for them to pick up. Clearly they are under staff. With Mitsubishi Laval that was on des Laurentides or even when I had my Mazda 6 it was never this long. I really hope they look into that. Update : I went for my appointment, and I ended up leaving yet again without seal of cardan change, due to whomever who had taken the appointment did not take enough time. Had to be reschedule a week later. I ended up having to go somewhere else for my lights as they didn't have the parts to change and i couldn't continue driving risking a ticket. Gave me an explanation that Xenon light did not last as long as Led, which i understandable but xenon light last about 2000 hours, mine had been changed April 2017 , drove about 10k, doesn't explain why my light keeps burning rather than having to fork over another 450$ on a new installation. My tarmac light is still flashing, told me it was just as a safety measure of the car. I'm not entirely sure of this considering it was not flashing before why now. Someone called me to ask for feedback. She took my feedback and gave me no follow ups. Update 3 A week later my seal of cardan is changed. I went to John Scott mitsubishi to investigate my light and my tarmac light flashing as mitsubishi Laval didn't not get back to me as the receptionist had mentionned. John Scott refered vitro plus for my light and diagnosed my tarmac light fashing, has I had expected, my awc pump which is under warranty but mitsubishi Laval told me it was just a protection mechanism? They won't repair what's under warranty. They will tell you the piece is out of stock and by the time they will receive it, it'll be no longer under warranty. Extremely disappointed by the quality service

Will be sharing more on my story on here later, however this dealership has been extremely shady. I have proof of them not looking out for my best interest, bringing in my car with issues that they later wave their hands at and tell me it won’t be an issue. Also that going for more frequent oil changes will rectify the issue. It’s been over a year now and I have gotten at least 4 oil changes in the year (as they recommended) wasted more money, just to now be told from another garage that this method was NOT going to help at all. I have wasted so much money at this dealership at this point and now they are not willing to accept their negligence for the maintenance of my car. Finally please be careful with the man at the service counter Maxime, my brother came with me to help me in explaining the issues in my past receipts with the dealership, and in the end Maxime was raising his voice at us. They do not look out for their clients and since they are ALWAYS in a “rush” will never make time for you. Please be very mindful when going to this dealer.

I am so impressed with the quality of service we received when I went with my buddy so he could buy a used car. We were greeted as we entered but with no pressure or anything. The salesman we dealt is named "Jalil Bellouettar" and he is not a typical used car salesman. He was polite, courteous and funny. Was a truly great experience with open book pricing and the keep nothing secret. Will definitely be back for further purchases. Seriously, if you want a quality, reliable and relaxed used car dealership, this is the place for you! Five star service guaranteed
