I've recently bought my second car from OBK Automobiles, a month ago precisely. Sincerely, words are not enough to describe the excellent and honest service I got from this wonderful team, especially from Mr Pierre Boulianne, who was extremely kind and an excellent advisor. I highly suggest to anyone looking for a car or a professional service to go to OBK, where there is no room for deception or lack of professionalism. I will never recommend this shady dealership to any of my friends or enemies for that matter. They try to come off as a higher end dealership but it's a small run of the mill shop. I am from Ottawa and so I had to correspond through text and emails before purchasing a vehicle. I was assured that the vehicle was in "pristine" and "immaculate" condition. I thought that things were legit after reading some reviews (I think most were paid for by the way) and so I purchased the vehicle. I drove out from Ottawa to Montreal to pick up the car and that is when things went downhill. I inspected the car and saw that there were dents and dings that were never mentioned. The service due light was on the dash and they didn't even have the car detailed let alone cleaned on the inside. I know those should have been some red flags but I drove all the way from Ottawa and figured I can clean my own car, so I signed the papers anyway. I was handed a key to the car and asked about the second key. I was told that it only came with one key and that they would "help" me with getting a deal (which of course never happened and I have to pay $400 for another key now). I drove the car off the lot and turned down a side street to further inspect the vehicle and guess what? A low battery warning came on and I noticed that the gas was almost empty. they knew I had to drive back to Ottawa and even after spending over $20K, couldn't even put in gas! I am warning everyone to not trust these people who will try and con you with their whole "We are like family and give great customer service" routine. That is until you sign the papers and that is where they show their true colours. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend. AT first, my car had 2-3 minor problems and I felt I got scammed but after emailing the owner, he completely took care of me and fixed the issues at zero cost to me. Very impressed. They got by business locked in for years!

UPDATE June 3, 2022: A big thank you to Roy and Pierre for finding a car that suited our needs for both my husband and I. They go above and beyond to make sure every client is happy and every purchse is stress-free :) After my 4th car purchase/trade-in in the last 15 years at OBK I felt I was overdue for a review. This is not just any car dealership. Their professionalism, their exceptional and TRUSTworthy service during and after-sale is what makes me go back every time! OBK changed my opinion about dealership. I was pleasantly surprised with attention to security and details, and moreover I was frankly shocked by THREE YEARS warranty on mechanical parts, even big dealership doesn't offer that for used cars! Big thank you for the team of mechanics and financial director!

A family business that really care about their clients!! Having dealt with many car companies and owned close to a dozen vehicles from sedans, van, stn. wagons and even a motorcycle.
