★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nader just made my parents Volvo dream come true at the right price. After shopping for 2 months going to all the Volvo dealerships they decided to sign the deal with Nader at Volvo Laval. As their son, I was very involved in the search for their Vehicle. Comparing price/options for the specific model they choose it was clear that Nader was offering them the most for their money. No point in going to see anyone else if your looking for a Volvo. I never post reviews but this one is well deserved. We couldn't of asked for a better service and pricing from Nader. A true professional and courteous gentleman. Also like to mention Charles-Olivier the delivery experience specialist as well as the service advisors Pino and Steven for being such a great and helpful team. 10/10. Thanks again.

Experience with Alain pre-sale was good despite the pressure to up-sell.
Beyond disappointing new “luxury” car purchase experience with an unprofessional dealership. Paperwork was not ready at delivery and preparation of car had not been completed. Staff at delivery of the vehicle were not knowledgeable. Staff and management did not return calls post sale. Promises were not kept. Terrible client experience which they dragged out for weeks post sale.
Their lack of sincerity to correct their errors earns them the one star. Even after acknowledging that they dropped the ball and promising to make it right they did not deliver on promises, were late in refunding the overcharge (and that with an incorrect amount) and ultimately returned a dirty and dented car.
Sloppiness and lack of professionalism seems to affect many aspects of this dealership.
Postscript:
Management posted a reply to my initial post implying that I did not contact them before posting my review. There were many calls and emails. They simply did not care to make it right.
To add further insult and yet another example of their incompetence we discovered today that the overpriced winter wheel set was delivered with 4 wheels all mounted for the right side of the car. I can’t make this stuff up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were visiting Montreal and decided to do some car shopping. We narrowed down our choices and Volvo was on our short list. We walked into this dealership to look at an suv and to ask few questions. We spent over 15 mins in the showroom and in the vehicle without any acknowledgement. We appreciate given the time to view at our own comfort but no one bothered to greet us or ask if we needed assistance. We finally decide to ask a salesman a question and it was answered with the least amount of motivation and interest. We walked out and decided against it simply because of the level of service.

I would definitely buy a car from Dino but I d be careful not to bring him too many cakes unless he gets me a better deal next time round ? .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Volvo cars they are high quality cars. But the price is a bit high. The service need some work. This the positive I have with them. They help me a lot for every question I ask and I pay the plate here that was amazing. The negative I have with them is I ask a part form Volvo is been couple of months now. They said that they did the oils change when they sold it to me. But they didn’t do it we have to go back for the oil change in the future. But if you looking for a car do your research before buying. But I’m still recommended Volvo is still a nice car and economy also.
We did try to contact you guys for the pass couple of month now few time a day you ignoring us. The service we have so far it wasn’t good enough.
