Ask for Chris, he was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. It was my first time coming here but it won’t be my last. Extremely happy with the service and my new car.

The worst car dealership you will ever come across. I hope the owner of this place is quick to see what’s happening with his staff. Completely unacceptable. I can’t deny this place started as best and was recommended but now they don’t even care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2017 Audi Q5 in June 2021 from Auto Alex. The sales process was easy and straight-forward. Adam, the sales rep, welcomed me and made me feel comfortable to go for a road test drive on my own, which was a very positive surprise. The car was listed below price and it was a great deal overall.
Once the sale was concluded, I had my doubts on how the after sales service could potentially be if I ever needed it. When I went to see my car mechanic last fall for the tires change, he let me know that the brakes needed to be changed, despite the very low mileage done since purchasing the car. I contacted Auto Alex, and Mike - the general manager - accepted right away to change the brakes (pads + discs) at their expense, at the moment of my choice.
I finally went this morning, and not only they did the "repair" as promised, but the car mechanic took the time to go for a quick drive with me and make sure that everything is fine.
I can now confirm that both their sales and after sale service are great! Thanks again!
