 Dr Marcil is great on the other hand the secretary is rather arrogant whether by phone or in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis diabétique et je suis allé voir la Dr Marcil pour un soin de pieds régulier. Je n'avais pas de problème particulier, je voulais juste m'assurer que tout était correct puisque je fais du diabète. Ce n'est pas le médecin qui a fait mon traitement, mais une infirmière. Elle m'a coupé les ongles et elle s'est attardée à deux d'entre eux qui commençaient à s'incarner. Pendant le traitement, elle m'a coupé un bout de peau sous un orteil par mégarde. C'était il y a deux semaines. Depuis ce temps, j'ai terriblement mal à l'orteil. Je marche difficilement. Hier, je suis allé voir mon médecin de famille parce que je n'en pouvais plus. Il m'a dit que j'avais une infection à l'endroit où l'infirmière m'avait coupé. Je dois prendre des antibiotiques et appliqué une crème antibiotique 3 fois par jour. Demain, j'ai un rendez-vous avec une infirmière du CLSC qui va me faire un pansement. Je vais retourner la voir tant que mon orteil ne sera pas guéri. Mon commentaire ne concerne pas directement Dr Marcil parce que ce n'est pas elle qui a traité mon orteil. Par contre, elle est venue vérifier le travail de son infirmière et elle l'a approuvé. De plus, elle a la responsabilité de s'entourer de personnel compétent. Un rendez-vous qui devait servir à faire un suivi normal de mes pieds parce que je suis diabétique a tourné en un véritable cauchemar!!! Pour cette raison, je vous déconseille fortement la clinique de Dr Marcil.
I am diabetic and I went to see Dr Marcil for regular foot care. I didn't have a particular problem, I just wanted to make sure everything was okay since I have diabetes. It was not the doctor who did my treatment, but a nurse. She cut my nails and she lingered on two of them that were beginning to come into being. During the treatment, she accidentally cut a piece of skin under my toe. It was two weeks ago. Since then, my toe hurts terribly. I have difficulty walking. Yesterday I went to see my family doctor because I couldn't take it anymore. He told me I had an infection where the nurse cut me. I have to take antibiotics and applied antibiotic cream 3 times a day. Tomorrow, I have an appointment with a nurse from the CLSC who will give me a bandage. I'll go back to see her until my toe heals. My comment does not directly concern Dr Marcil because she was not the one who treated my toe. However, she came to check on her nurse's work and approved it. In addition, she is responsible for surrounding herself with competent personnel. An appointment that was supposed to be used to monitor my feet normally because I have diabetes turned into a real nightmare !!! For this reason, I strongly advise against the clinic of Dr Marcil.

Suspectant une origine au sacrum, Dr Plante-Quévillon m'a référée à un excellent chiro qui a pu faire le lien entre mes douleurs chroniques et une discopathie lombaire. Je retrouve enfin ma liberté de mouvement. Merci !
It was by chance that I found myself at this clinic (I am from the region) and I am delighted. Suspecting an origin in the sacrum, Dr Plante-Quévillon referred me to an excellent chiropractor who was able to make the link between my chronic pain and lumbar disc disease. I finally found my freedom of movement. Thank you !
