★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is amazing & friendly but the food is never consistent. Also 9 out of 10 times they run out of Gravy for your chicken or Poutine you order.
You could be waiting in line for 30+ minutes & instead of them coming to the line & telling clients they have no sauce, they wait till you reach the counter. Online orders are the same, they do not call you to notify you they do not have what you ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC St. Eustache on Arthur Sauve..is the worse service and food. Very unprofessional. Warm drinks ..cold fries and staff who doesn't care about their clients. Upper management and Head Office needs to clean up shop!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive 20mins to get there and the doors are locked...I mean I understand the staff shortage but at least PUT SOMETHING ON UR WEBSITE so people don't drive all the way there for nothing!!!!!! Gas is not cheap either...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not only they have bad client sevice but the best thing they have is a systeme that dosent take there own gift cards why in the hell you sell a gift card if we cant use it i did a plaint no answer 3 weeks after i try again still the systeme dosent take gift card really no costumer service at all im still going to buy but when the gift card works because i have no other choiceeeee because if not never going to go againn for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to the kfc in st-eustache is like a gamble , you'll never know if your going to get something good or not, i mean 2 out of 5 time the food is good enough the other 3 times the chicken is just plain old and barely warm , very chewy and the fries mostly cold. Poorly managed still suprise that it's still open for business to be honest. Don't bother just find an other KFC this one is really not worth the trouble and waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suppertime Jan. 22nd they ran out of chicken tenders and chicken pieces. Relatively green staff were doing their best but clearly there are some training and supply management improvements that need to happen. Very poor customer experience when you come in to pick up supper for 6 people and the first thing you’re asked is whether you want a refund. The owner needs to look into some basic business skills - the staff wasn’t even proactively informing customers about the missing menu items while they were ordering.
