Quand j'ai appelé pour faire venir quelqu'un à la maison, je me suis fait expliqué comment l'enlever du mur pour l'apporter. La personne a bien pris le temps de m'expliquer même s'il n'était clairement pas obligé. Le petit plus qui fait que je sais que je vais y retourner sans me poser de question une prochaine fois!
 Great customer service! I went there to repair a central vacuum. When I called to bring someone home, I made myself explain how to remove it from the wall to bring it. The person took the time to explain to me even if he was clearly not obliged. The little extra that I know I'll go back without asking a question next time!

Thank you very much for the technician's honesty. I had no idea he wanted to sell me anything even though I didn't need it. He has pinpointed the problem and I know exactly what I need to do to keep my central vacuum running like new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait plusieurs fois que j’achète des produits à ce magasin. Principalement des pièces de base pour mon vieux aspirateur central ou des produits de nettoyage de plancher. Aujourd’hui j’ai acheté un kit comprenant tuyau, balai télescopique et brosses, en plus de faire réparer le module électronique qui avait rendu l’âme. Tout ça pour pas mal moins cher qu’un aspirateur neuf et j’ai l’impression d’en avoir un neuf:) Bons conseils, bons prix, bon travail (compétent) et bon service de Dominic et l’autre jeune homme dont j’ai oublié le nom.
I have bought products from this store several times. Mostly basic parts for my old central vacuum or floor cleaning supplies. Today I bought a kit including hose, telescopic broom and brushes, in addition to repairing the electronic module that had given up the soul. All this for a lot less than a new vacuum cleaner and I feel like I have a new one :) Good advice, good prices, good (competent) job and good service from Dominic and the other young man whose I forgot the name.

I did not purchase my vacuum from Aspirateur 2000 Plus, however if I need anything related in the future I will certainly purchase from them as this experience was excellent.
