I dropped by at Audi Lauzon Laval last night to see Victoria at sales - finance. She was keeping an accessory aside for me.
This lady is amazing!! She is delightful, courteous, smart, and above all else thorough! She has worked with and kept me extremely satisfied and delighted with her services from establishing loan payment schedule right for me; my Q5 accessories and much more. She listens, genuinely understands needs and diligently works always to please. I have had my Q5 for a month now and she’s equally and wholeheartedly as engaged as she was the very first time she serviced me!! This is a trait few have!!
