When we first arrived here in Jan 2020 we were really not sure about this building due to very very noisy tenant above us and the snow dump next to us. After discussions with Vanessa(building manager) we have been accomodated with our place. Vanessa showed us empathy, understanding and did all she can to help us be happy here. My husband and I love the building, the surroundings, the amenities and the level of maintenance of the Phase II. Thank you to Vanessa for understanding and being empathetic towards the situation.

The first time I enter my unit, I found it quite stunning, absolutely breath-taking the space was just incredible, I could't have imagine a place that was so well maintained and designed to accommodate just about everyone. I was expecting to come back to do my own cleaning after the tenant had move out, I was very impressed when I got the keys and went inside, only to find the unit immaculately clean and touch up with paint. The whole management and staff are just terrific and extremely helpful. I have lived in many condos old and new, but never one this beautiful and well thought of with the design. I especially like the fact that I can wash my car in the garage -that was a first for me. The gym and pool is just a great place to relax . Thank you for making my space so warm and inviting, my friends and family love it and the price is just right.

Lack in Customer Service to tenants, rather expensive condos, low hygiene in building, overall not a good experience. I wonder if the 5 star ratings on here are truly from tenants who live in the building?

Not a good experience, the management sends you email every week to threaten you with fines. This week, we are not allowed to have alcohol anymore by the pool, even in a plastic container. Cannot smoke marijuana on your own balcony either. Fine of $500 if you drop your cigarette from your balcony. Some of these rules are for the better good of everyone but now management is out of control.

I'm from the tower 2 and its really noisy at night. There a neighbour from tower 1 on the other side that is constantly on party with people yelling outside on the balcony, sometime even at 2 or 3am. I look it up and its the unit 106 of phase 1. There is no fix for that and you are stuck with those people parking outside and making noise like they are alone. I don't recommend this place and can't wait to finish my lease.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one finding that some tenants are problematic, but the most crazy part is that I just notice that other people from the review here are also complaining about the same tenant which is the 106 of the first tower. The issue is that he is simply NOT sleeping at night, and turn on his music so loud. The big issue is the bass! Everyone can hear him. I took a video of that unit and it was 00h30 on Nov.19 2020. The whole hallway is trembling due to the bass. I wanted to add my video from YouTube but it doesn't allow me to. So just find on YouTube for : Tours Saint Martin 106. .. and it should be displayed.

Rented for a year in the second tower and we were disappointed by the building management - they were slow to respond, we always had to run after them for follow-ups. There was also a lack of hygiene - the garbage chutes were always full and dirty and there was constantly an awful smell when you entered the building. It's unfortunate because the units are pretty decent.

didn't enjoy many of the discussions i've had with the management of this building. every time i have an issue they get defensive and offer irrelevant, wrong or excess information without actually explaining the solution kindly and directly. At times they've handled things well like when my package was stolen in the mailing area and they provided me with the video evidence to send to the company and changed the rules about letting food delivery people into the building, but my stuff was stolen from the storage in 2020 without my knowledge for over a year because my husband "forgot to lock it" or "didnt think he needed to lock it because the storage area is locked with the fob key" (lack of judgement and consideration so i really am at a loss for what actually happened). They couldnt provide me with video evidence for that but not only that because thats somewhat understandable given the time since the robbery, i had their staff originally tell me that if the storage wasnt locked, the maintenance are supposed to stick everything in the storage locker into the trash (very reassuring thank you!) and they confused me for someone else thinking i had a daughter who asked about the storage or something else (sounds fishy? i have no children), and they also panicked because apparently the storage locker numbers werent confirmed for the individual tenants. they also didnt make sure the insurance policy was taken care of before the robbery so none of it was covered. Something else that everyone should be aware of is when it was time to renew the leases like 3 months before the renewal, they increased the price to so called normalize the rents but it took so long for them to answer me about what was actually happening. i asked for clarification at least twice about whether we had passed the 3 month before the lease is up date and thats why it needs to be renewed because i was under the impression that my lease had restarted in january. they kept saying stuff like regardless of when it was renewed, everyone is getting the increase. which is pretty illegal i'm sure, you cant up the lease in the middle of a lease. so it was very confusing but then i received confirmation that the 3 month deadline had passed. also its pretty unfortunate that the sauna and the pool were often closed for much of the time it should have been ready. i cant think of anything else to say but i dont think the rent increase is justified despite the building being very nice and well located.
