De plus, ils ont une magnifique salle de montre et j'y ai reçu un service très attentionné. Étant designer d'intérieur depuis plus de 30 ans, je recommande vivement cet endroit. At Reno Furniture, I recognize that the quality of the furniture is really excellent. On the other hand, their tailor-made service is truly exceptional. In addition, they have a wonderful showroom and I received very attentive service there. Being an interior designer for over 30 years, I highly recommend this place.

Tête de lit qui avait été arraché car il avait essayé de l’arranger (joint dans le bois décalé avec un espace). On demande de refaire. Deuxième livraison: Après plusieurs temps d’attente encore une fois. Reçu une autre tête de lit avec le même problème. C’est à dire, avec un espace du côté droit mais le côté gauche était parfait. Meubles Re-No n’a jamais reconnu le défaut de fabrication la deuxième fois. En nous faisant croire qu’en payant moins de 10 000$, c’est normal d’avoir des imperfections. N’importe quoi! Attention, M Christian Massicotte, fait de l’intimidation et est arrogant quand ça fait pas son affaire. Par contre, Isabelle du service clientèle est une perle. Allez pas là!!! Purchase in 2019 of walnut bedroom furniture (Mobican). First delivery: After a very long wait, finally we receive. Headboard that had been ripped off as he tried to fix it (joined in staggered wood with a gap). We ask to do it again. Second delivery: Again after a long wait. Received another headboard with the same problem. That is to say, with a space on the right side but the left side was perfect. Re-No Furniture never recognized the manufacturing defect the second time around. By making us believe that by paying less than $10,000, it is normal to have imperfections. Anything! Attention, Mr. Christian Massicotte, bullies and is arrogant when it does not suit him. On the other hand, Isabelle from customer service is a pearl. Don't go there!!!

Malgré les delais occasionné par la covid Meuble Reno nous a fourni table ,chaises et tabourets durant l attente. Ensuite avec la table ils ont offert un service conjoint pour le transport et la réparation de celle-ci. Merci Richard

If you decided to publish your email or request form on your website, please expect that peoples will use. If you are not interesting to give infos, just reply an email by asking people to call. no anwser that mean bad services... lucky that i did not buy any products. good luck
