★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday 27th July I scheduled a visit to gym, it was approved by their online system. As I was there the teenager guy at the desk was misbehaving showing no respect at all. If you go to saint Jerome at exit 41 in highway 15, you will immediately know the difference. They are best in business. Ethic is always priority in any buisiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained gym! Friendly staff and the layout of the gym is refreshing with its tall ceilings and open space. I do personally wish they added a punching bag section. Then I'd never leave!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this gym for several years now. The place is clean. The machines are plentiful and the are well maintained. It is also a great big space, so you do not feel claustrophobic.
It is simple yet it gets the job done. Would recommend to any gym goer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bang for the buck!! I joined and froze my rate in 2015 and I have no regrets. I always feel comfortable here and it meets all my needs. I do free weights and the 30 minute circuit. Before all the closures I took advantage of the Video Classes and was often the only one in the room. I felt like I was in a private home gym. Clean before and now with the new cleaning requirements it sparkles. Friendly staff and all around great clientele. All ages and fitness levels are represented and I’ve never felt anything other than at home.
