★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World class soccer/football facility. CF Montréal brought this historic building back to its former glory and probably more. The site prior to being purchased and renovated by the club had been occupied by different small private businesses over the years and had been deteriorating for decades. CF Montréal have welcomed other clubs to use the site as their temporary training headquarters, such as Real Madrid in 2016 and 2019, Chelsea FC in 2015, and AS Roma in 2016.
