Really the staff is an asset for the overall experience, I've only been going to this gym with my mom (bring a friend) for 2/3 weeks but I can only say good things about this place. Please keep this same good vibe and friendliness. + special thanks to My Anh for the initial tour back then

n	nick diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don't understand something i wanted to join but if it's $40.00 plus $13.00 which comes to $53.00 for the first month then i owe 11 months which at $13.00 a month comes to 143.00 plus tax add the two together comes to 196.00 plus 15% comes to a total of 225 they want to charge me $287.43 i don't see the logic in the price something does not add up there is some hidden fees that are not visable shady stuff going on price gouging or something it just doesn't add up please someone enlighten me just got a message from whoever but still they have hidden costs that are not visable to bad cause i was about to join be careful if you join read their contract well real well anyway they don' t have a lot of machines very tight lots of cardio machines & that's about all

Thanks Lord for the guy that was working here . Another lady came without been informed of the situation and start repeating aigain without figuring out what was the issue Little tip for you guys : If your employees can’t not give good customer service what’s the point of hiring them
M	Melany Yelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can someone explain to me why male employees walk around inside the women's changing room and why owners and staff literally yell at clients upon arrival at the gym? EDIT to respond: When a man is entering the changing rooms he should vocalize this prior to doing so and warn the women in the locker room first. This never is the case. I was literally about to change my pants until he walked in! This isn't right regardless of 'routine protocols.' On that day there were 3 women working at the front desk. Why was the only male worker assigned to check the changing rooms? I hope this gets fixed.
S	Sebastien CR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is fine and I enjoyed most of my time there, but I had to pay 110$ when I cancelled my membership. I moved to another city and when I called to cancel my membership, they told me I had to go there physically to unsubscribe. So I drove to Montreal just to cancel my membership and was told at the front desk that I had to pay 40$ because I had lost the little papercard they use for parking (really?). It's literally a piece of paper they print. Also had to pay extra fees because my credit card expired and some payments were due, which I was totally unaware of. They will charge you a fee without a warning if your monthly payment fails. They told me they had tried to call and sent emails. I found the emails in my spam folder after they told me this, but I can confirm they never tried to call.
S	S Lawson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a baby and this gym has been super friendly and welcoming as I ease my way back in. Staff are friendly, call me by name and make me feel at home. Great value, lots of equipment. Some of these negative reviews sound like fakes? I have had nothing but great experiences.
