★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai demandé une évaluation pour l'achat d'un terrain sur l'ile de Montréal, mais malheureusement, je considère que le terrain n'a pas été évalué selon sa valeur marchande réelle. L'évaluateur n'a pas tenu compte du marché existant à Montréal. La seule comparaison qui a été faite, a été de prendre les 3 terrains avoisinants, qui selon moi, ne semble pas suffisant pour compléter une évaluation. Je trouve cela dommage, car à cause de cette évaluation, je ne peux effectuer l'achat de ce terrain. Il est clair qu’ils n’ont aucune expérience dans l’évaluation des terrains. Je ne le recommande pas pour faire évaluer un terrain.
I requested an appraisal for the purchase of land on the island of Montreal, but unfortunately, I consider that the land has not been appraised according to its real market value. The evaluator did not take into account the existing market in Montreal. The only comparison that was made was to take the 3 neighboring lots, which in my opinion does not seem sufficient to complete an evaluation. I find that a shame, because because of this evaluation, I cannot make the purchase of this land. It is clear that they have no experience in land valuation. I do not recommend it to have a lot evaluated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nous sommes très mécontents des rapports. Le prix est 15 % inférieur à ce que nous avons obtenu de l'évaluation de la banque il y a six mois. Les propriétés de référence qu'ils ont utilisées sont plus de six mois plus tôt que notre propriété ou c'est loin, l'ajustement n'est pas juste du tout. Je ne pense vraiment pas que cette entreprise sache ce qu'elle fait.
we are very unhappy with the reports. The price is 15% lower than what we got from the bank's valuation six months ago. The benchmark properties they used are over six months earlier than our property or it's a long way off, the fit isn't right at all. I really don't think this company knows what they're doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait une demande d'évaluation pour un immeuble du Centre ville. La visite des lieux a été faite (nous avons monopolisé le temps de plusieurs copropriétaires pour donner l'accès aux unités) le Rapport n'as jamais été soumis et aucun appel de leur part. De notre coté nous avons faits plusieurs appels de suivi ainsi que plusieurs courriels de suivi. La date de remise du rapport était toujours repoussée. Aucun follow de leur coté !!! Nous avons décidé de faire affaire avec qqn d'autre. très très mauvaise expérience et quelle perte de temps. pas du tout recommandé.
We have requested an evaluation for a building in the city center. The site visit was made (we monopolized the time of several co-owners to give access to the units) the Report was never submitted and no appeal from them. From our side we made several follow-up calls as well as several follow-up emails. The date for submission of the report was still being pushed back. No follow from their side !!! We decided to do business with someone else. very very bad experience and what a waste of time. not recommended at all.

Goyette, évaluateur., la description du bâtiment a été transmise au client pour validation. Les frais ont été payés, et en échange, j'ai reçu le rapport complet. Par la suite, M. Goyette a répondu aux questions de façon satisfaisante. Le rapport est clair et les calculs d'évaluation ont été bien expliqués.
The client must cover the cost of the report before receiving it. This information was not transmitted from the outset. Following an interview with Mr. Goyette, appraiser, the description of the building was sent to the client for validation. The fees were paid, and in exchange, I received the full report. Subsequently, Mr. Goyette answered the questions satisfactorily. The report is clear and the valuation calculations were well explained.
