J'ai fait des séances d'essai dans 7 salles de crossfit différentes à Montréal avant de faire mon choix et je ne le regrette vraiment pas. Les coachs ont des formations très intéressantes : ostéopathe, kinésiologue, certification niveau 2 crossfit, massotherapeute.. ils sont extrêmement vigilants aux postures que l'on adopte lors des entraînements, ce qui nous permet d'éviter de se blesser. Aussi, la salle est grande, lumineuse, le matériel et les douches sont propres. Je recommande ! Very good place to learn or crossfit. I did trial sessions in 7 different crossfit rooms in Montreal before making my choice and I really don't regret it. The coaches have very interesting training: osteopath, kinesiologist, level 2 crossfit certification, massage therapist .. they are extremely vigilant in the postures that we adopt during training, which allows us to avoid getting injured. Also, the room is large, bright, the equipment and the showers are clean. I recommend !

J’ai demandé de faire un essai via Facebook Messenger et on m’a répondu dans l’heure qui a suivi. 1er wow! J’ai adoré mon expérience sur place aussi : accueil sympathique et attentionné. On s’est occupé de moi, tous les membres se sont présentés et m’ont serré la main, le coach m’a bien supervisée et expliqué les mouvements. Un vrai bon WOD complet, bien organisé et full demandant! Tout le monde est tellement gentil et s’encourage. 2e wow! En plus, il y a un coin d’étirements dirigés après les WODs, wow #3! 2 jours après mon essai, on m’a recontacté super gentillement pour savoir comment l’entraînement s’était passé! Vraiment, des gyms que j’ai essayés, vous êtes durs à battre! ??? Best Fitness CrossFit I tried to date, as much for the location, staff, training and service. In addition, there is an area stretching headed after WODs, wow # 3! 2 days after my test, super kindly contacted me to find out how the training had happened! Really, gyms I tried, you are hard to beat! ???

Les groupes sont bien encadrés, les entraîneurs sont aussi compétents que sympathiques et les clients sont des gens qui visent la performance par le plaisir. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous entraîner dans le plaisir, vous avez trouvé votre centre. An excellent Crossfit type sports training centre. The groups are well supervised, the trainers are as competent as they are friendly and the clients are people who aim for performance through pleasure. If you are looking for a place where you can train in fun, you have found your center.
