J'étais particulièrement réticent, mais grâce à elle, j'ai pu alimenter progressivement mon intérêt pour le gym. À l'écoute et compréhensive elle à su me montrer graduellement que j'était capable d'atteindre certains objectifs, ce qui à été gratifiant pour quelqu'un qui partait à 0. Elle est justement capable de te pousser à te dépasser tout en respectant tes limites et contraintes. Toujours motivée et de bonne humeur, elle m'a aidée à diriger mon entraînement et à rendre le tout agréable. La formule du Mon Gym Privé à été parfaite pour m'introduire à l'activité physique, et Andréa à réussi à me donner la piqûre et vouloir atteindre encore plus d'objectifs personnels.
