Pretty busy all the time and some people really smell bad compared to other gyms I’ve been to

Excellent. Is no full of people what makes machines available. Clean... The receptionist excellent. The only problem is that last week someone stole my friend wallet from the lock room. We know that they are no responsible about it. But we are adapted that anyone touch thing are no of them. But by the way, the gym is good!

I’ve been to 4-5 econofitness buildings with my plan. Here’s my take on this location: Positives: 1- the locker rooms are large and clean - in fact one of the largest locker rooms is seen. Very convenient that it is in its own room rather than out in the middle of the gym among the machines, like some other locations. 2- the staff does not hover or judge. They are kind and courteous. 3- there are many cardio machines 4- moderate amount of people after 9pm. 5- there are cleaning stations 6- machines are new and work well Negatives: 1- towel use is not enforced - which the owner should know is a major sanitary issue. Nothing more disgusting than sweat dripping from a bench. 2- there is no single space to stretch - not even mats - which I expect especially from a professional standpoint from its owners, as it is general knowledge that stretching before a workout is a must. 3- The amount of free weights is incongruent to the size of the place and the average number of people in this gym at one time. 1 set of 5lb and 10lb weights won’t go very far if you have more than 10 people in this building at a time. - I personally expect better from the owners in addressing this issue. 4- unfortunately it is in a local in another building so even Plantine members like myself do not have pass-access to the building at night after hours as promised by our membership. 5- there are only 2 cleaning stations in the gym. There should be one in each section to avoid crowding, wait time, and sanitary issues. — Lets be honest, diluted antibacterial spray and brown paper doesn’t increase operational costs to the point of making this an excuse for the lack of them. The machines are PAID off, the price of membership increases yearly (inflation or greed, who knows anymore), so I expect better tools if we are required to clean at every station. TL;DR : A decent Econo gym. To the owners: Do not insult me with a copy pasted response from your social media team, should you wish to respond. Econo makes its money on volume of memberships and not price. Your cost remains low because of VOLUME. The machines are already PAID off allowing every membership to be extremely profitable. The volume is there, proven by just how many Econo gyms popped up in the last 3-5 years. Simply put: invest in your location and it’s services and address the issues presented by your members with proactivity - or we will simply find another location or a competitive gym that does.

Great gym. Super helpful and friendly staff. Lots of choices and a lot of machines available. During this covid situation, it's super well organized and it's great to be able to go back without hesitation !

A good choice of equipment, friendly stuff. However, it is supposed to open @6am and in a couple of occasions it happened there there was no one there. An hour, an hour and a half (maybe more?) goes by without having any of the stuff coming and opening the doors, leaving the gym goers patiently lining up in the stairs. So, if you have to hit the gym early morning, you might be paying for a service you won't be getting.

It’s been since the beginning of covid Every week we ask the staff to talk to management about fixing the Ac in the Benchpress area and still to this day it’s Broken, some people have asthma and can’t breathe 3 years of complaining and I guess the management doesn’t care ….

I love going to your gym on Cremazie & St. Laurent. I agree with some people, yes it's very clean, a great place to workout, your associates are always very friendly......keep it up guys!!! Got a membership and then got hurt so I didnt use it for months. Just started working out again, I've gone about 15 times in the last month and I really love it! It's a walking distance from my appartment and I feel motivated to keep going every day. I like the choice of machines. It's never too crowded except at PEAK times. The crowd is respectful, the employees seem very nice and say hello and goodbye to me everytime I enter and leave. It's also very clean! Only complaint is the music playlist haha. I am tired of hearing the same exact songs over and over. I hate wearing headphones when working out though so I guess that's partly on me. Keep up the good work.
