★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A essayer absolument! Super studio, très propre, grande variété de cours de groupe. Les instructeurs/entraineurs sont motivants, toujours de bonne humeur, compétents, ultra sympatiques. On fait partie de la famille dès la première visite. Belle formule pour ceux, qui comme moi, n'aime pas les gyms mais aiment bouger. Bravo à toute l'équipe et longue vie à Inspire A+
 To try absolutely! Great studio, very clean, great variety of group classes. The instructors / coaches are motivational, always in a good mood, competent, ultra friendly. We are part of the family from the first visit. Nice formula for those who, like me, do not like gyms but like to move. Congratulations to all the team and long life to Inspire A +

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis une adepte des cours de TRX, Ballet Barre et Zumba depuis mars 2019. J'y vais de 2 à 4 fois/semaine. Les profs sont extraordinaires. Ils sont toujours de bonne humeur et plein d'entrain. Les cours sont à l'heure, le plan de cours est sharp et termine à l'heure. Franchement, je recommande Inspire A+ à quiconque qui désire s'amuser, apprendre ou se remettre en forme.
I am a follower of TRX, Ballet Barre and Zumba classes since March 2019. I go there from 2 to 4 times / week. The teachers are extraordinary. They are always in a good mood and full of energy. Classes are on time, the lesson plan is sharp and finishes on time. Frankly, I recommend Inspire A + to anyone who wants to have fun, learn or get in shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’adore inspiré à plus. Arianne est super fine, experte, donne de bons conseils. J’adore les cours de Trx Avec Alexandre. C’est un lieu pour tous les niveaux. Ca attire des gens qui veulent être en forme, loin de la culture du gym. Les choix de cours et les horaires conviennent à mon horaire irrégulier et ça me permet d’annuler en cas d’empêchement également (6h à l’avance).
I love inspired to more. Arianne is super fine, expert, gives good advice. I love Trx With Alexandre lessons. It is a place for all skill levels. It attracts people who want to be in shape, far from the culture of the gym. The course choices and schedules suit my irregular schedule and that also allows me to cancel if I am unable to do so (6 hours in advance).
