★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, birght gym with the most friendly staffs who will always available to help you with all the equipments and exercises. If you go further inside the gym, you will see a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class run by coach Michele Forte of Brazilian Top Team filled with friendly people from across Montreal. 5/5 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing gym! Everything from the facilities, to the service, all at a good price. If you are a foreigner like me, I would really recommend you joining this gym. The owner Sergie and his team are friendly and willing to help you out.
The facilities are clean, with all the equipment you need, with a shower, stretching area, free bars.
One part of my stay in montreal that I like is this gym. Yes thats how much I like this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym experience in Montreal and a great owners that are always investing in their equipment(crossfit, weights, BJJ...)! For 5-10$ more than your regular gym subscription, you won't have to wait half an hour to access the various equipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest gyms I've been to. I train over 20 years and trained in 4 continents...and this one of the best. Great atmosphere, quiet and clean. The machines are old school, there's a functional training area with everything you can imagine. Well equipped and great vibes, the pandemic adaptions are made easy to follow and train safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people, wide choice of equipment. Small but somehow very spacy, enough place for everyone. Often busy around 4pm - 6 pm and sometimes on weekends, but even then you can find a place for yourself.
Prices are ok too.
